Learn about 2023 Features and their Improvements in Moldflow!

Did you know that Moldflow Adviser and Moldflow Synergy/Insight 2023 are available?

In 2023, we introduced the concept of a Named User model for all Moldflow products.

With Adviser 2023, we have made some improvements to the solve times when using a Level 3 Accuracy. This was achieved by making some modifications to how the part meshes behind the scenes.

With Synergy/Insight 2023, we have made improvements with Midplane Injection Compression, 3D Fiber Orientation Predictions, 3D Sink Mark predictions, Cool(BEM) solver, Shrinkage Compensation per Cavity, and introduced 3D Grill Elements.

What is your favorite 2023 feature?

You can see a simplified model and a full model.

Hybrid 3D design is a method of designing 3D models that combines parametric and explicit design approaches. In CATIA V5, hybrid 3D design allows users to create 3D models using a combination of parametric and explicit techniques. This approach enables users to create complex shapes and geometries that cannot be easily created using traditional parametric design methods.

CATIA V5 is a 3D modeling software used for computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided engineering (CAE), and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM). It is widely used in various industries such as aerospace, automotive, and industrial equipment. CATIA V5 offers advanced parametric and hybrid 3D design capabilities that enable users to create complex shapes and geometries. catia v5 advanced parametric and hybrid 3d design pdf

Parametric design is a method of designing 3D models using parameters and constraints. In CATIA V5, parametric design allows users to create 3D models by defining parameters such as dimensions, angles, and relationships between different parts of the model. This approach enables users to create complex shapes and geometries by modifying the parameters and constraints. Hybrid 3D design is a method of designing
